1. Conditions of arranging sessions
The reaching out of a Customer to Tutor occurs via filling out his/her contact information using the Website or contacting the Tutor directly using the given contact options. In the personal mailing, using on-line messenger, Customers tells the Tutor the details about whether he/she is a Student or a Parent/Guardian, information about the Student such as the school year the Student is currently in, his/her current educational performance, educational requests, such as the specific tests, exams, or topics needed to cover during Sessions.
After the information is received by Tutor, he offers a set of hours on different weekdays available. If a Customer is satisfied with one of them, a free-of-charge first single Session is arranged. After the free Session is conducted, Customer ultimately decides whether he/she is satisfied with the service and wants to continue onwards with the paid tutoring. The length of the free Session can vary from 30 to 60 minutes.
To join the tutoring in Group, the Customer must inform the Tutor about the desire to do so. The Group is a set of no more than four students, to whom tutoring services are provided simultaneously on a set subject area and an assigned schedule. If there’s less than four students in a Group on the moment of the request, the Tutor should decide on booking the place in a Group for a Customer. Agreement on this is created by the Group Tutoring Contract, which the Tutor should send to the Customer. The Student is then added to the Group Chat.
2. Conditions of conducting sessions
The Tutor conducts the Sessions with the thorough preparation, responsibly and professionally, with the highest degree of respect towards the Student. Supporting material, as well as Links to join Sessions are sent to a Student in the timespan of 0-12 hours before a session itself using the Group Chat. The length of a single Group’s Session should be one hour. The sessions are recurring, which means they happen at the same time every week.
To achieve the greatest academic output, the Student must be motivated to study and prepared for the sessions.
If a Student needs further support after Sessions, Tutor has the right to give out extra materials, extend the Session free of charge, send out homework, and guide the student through text messaging during non-business hours. However, Tutor is not obligated to those actions unless agreed otherwise in the Group Tutoring Contract.
Provision of tutoring services is agreed on an on-going basis. Client and Tutor can both cancel the agreement of providing tutoring services with a 1-day notice.
Wartime and Force Majeure policies
In case of any kind of nature and war-time related force majeure, such as the Ukraine-wide power outages, projectile and debris hits at the Tutors’s office, injury or death of the Tutor or the Tutor being drafted for the military service, all contracts are broken until the force-majeure, that blocks the the Tutor from providing his services, is resolved.

A Tutor has the right to cancel a Session with at least 1 day notice if the Session falls on a Public Holiday. To do this, a Tutor should receive messaged approval of at least one Group attendant. The only other reason for Tutor cancelling the Session can be a personal emergency. In both cases, for every Session explicitly cancelled by the Tutor, a Client is eligible to a refund per every cancelled session, carried out in one of two ways:
a. Contract Amendment. If the Client hasn’t yet paid for the monthly services, the Tutor and the Client should agree on Contract Amendment to include a discounted price for this particular month, which is calculated by total montly price minus Session’s price per every cancelled Session.
b. Direct Refund. If the Tutor decides to cancel Sessions after a calendar month has begun and the Month was paid by the Client, Tutor is obligated to send the Client a refund for every cancelled Session via direct transfer.
The Tutor has the right to join the Session up to 3 minutes after the agreed start of the Session or end a Session up to 5 minutes before the Session’s endtime. If those conditions are not met, the Customer is eligible for a full refund of the Session.
